National Organization of Bar Counsel [NOBC]
The website for the non-profit organization whose member agencies investigate, prosecute and adjudicate discipline matters in the United States, Canada and Australia. This site has links to the discipline agencies and rules of conduct in all states and the District of Columbia.
National Council of Lawyer Disciplinary Boards [NCLDB]
The Attorney Discipline Board is a founding member of this national organization for those disciplinary agencies whose primary purpose is the adjudication of formal charges of professional misconduct. Founded in 2004, the NCLDB currently represents 25 member jurisidictions in the United States.
